We can't get enough stories about passion on Enterprise Stories. This week we feature the story of Adetola Fabiyi, who was so passionate about starting his own business that he quit his job to start a real estate company. Adetola graduated as a civil engineer and got employment with one of the successful real estate companies in Nigeria as a civil engineer. He worked his way through the organization in different departments such as client management, business development and marketing with some of his senior colleagues thinking he didnt know what he was doing but he had a plan. He was part of many housing projects, but was always concerned on how to make housing purchase more affordable in price and flexible in payment terms for intending home owners. In 2009, Adetola established CX Homes Limited. His company recently developed a home ownership scheme to give average income earners the chance to own a home with as little as 50,000 a month. Today, CX Homes's project development portfolio has a combined 1500 housing units in affordable estates spread across Lagos, Abuja and Nassarawa and targets 10,000 homes annually through its Home Ownership Program . A few years ago, Adetola won the CBN annual Venture Prize Business Plan competition.
